Drawing inspiration from nature, memory, and the ephemeral quality of light, her paintings aim to capture a moment of quiet resonance. Each piece balances intention and spontaneity, allowing for discovery within the process. By embracing abstraction’s poetic ambiguity, she strives to create work that lingers in the mind, suggesting rather than defining, and offering space for personal interpretation.
She studied Fine Art and the History of Art as part of a BA degree in South Africa and has attended numerous courses and workshops in and around Oxford, St Ives, Cornwall, the Royal Academy of Art, as well as online with various international artists and art schools.
Having worked for many years as a graphic designer, she has been an active member of the Oxford Art Society and has exhibited widely across the UK.
